This hotel is in a great location, very close to a train station and in a lively area. The restaurant has a fantastic view that you can take an elevator up to. The rooms are comfortable and the service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of dishes and the views from the terrace are stunning.

One negative aspect is that the lifts struggle to cope with higher occupancy, especially during busy times.

Daily cleaning is done with attention to detail. There are some exclusive services that raise the bar of any vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bairro Alto Hotel. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. We loved being in the heart of all the best restaurants, bars, and shops. The breakfast at the hotel was incredible, offering a wide selection of delicious options in a lovely setting. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Our room, although small, was comfortable and quiet at night. The turn-down service and chocolates were a nice touch. we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the area by walking or taking short Uber rides.

We had a wonderful stay at a boutique hotel in old Lisbon. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and good restaurants. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and despite the construction work happening nearby, our room was surprisingly quiet. The staff was fantastic, especially Marco who was friendly, helpful, and informative. The hotel is closing for renovation, and we are already looking forward to returning next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute luxury. the exclusive amenities we experienced in this venue were beyond our expectations. the staff provided impeccable service and showed great attention to detail. the Spa and wellness center offered a wide range of beauty treatments that satisfied all our needs. the Jacuzzi and steam room were spotlessly clean, and the full body massage was heavenly.

Although the hotel offered a full range of dining options, the restaurant could have been a bit more spacious as there were times when it felt cramped.
